AAB College is pleased to announce the International Staff Week 2026, taking place from 2–6 March 2026 in Prishtina, Kosovo. This year’s program, held under the theme “Inspiring Minds, Creating Change: Advancing Education Beyond Borders,” brings together academic and administrative professionals from partner institutions to engage in a week of meaningful exchange and collaboration.

The event will feature a comprehensive program of interactive lectures, dynamic workshops, and thought‑provoking sessions delivered by distinguished colleagues from universities across Europe and beyond. Designed to foster creativity, strengthen international cooperation, and promote the sharing of best practices, the Staff Week offers participants a valuable platform for professional development and cross‑institutional networking.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore new approaches to teaching, research, and institutional development while building lasting academic and professional connections. In addition to its academic focus, the program provides an engaging environment for cultural exchange and discovery in the vibrant city of Prishtina.
