After Mobility

After the mobility

ECTS RECOGNITION
  • In accordance with your Learning Agreement, you have the right to full academic recognition, by the sending institution, of the activities performed satisfactorily during the mobility.
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
  • If you are studying abroad, within five weeks of the announcement of your results, the host institution will send to you and to the sending institution a transcript of records containing the received credits and grades. Upon receipt of the Transcript of Records, the sending institution will provide you with detailed information on the recognition of your results. If you are enrolled in a higher education institution in a country participating in the Program, the recognized components (eg courses) will be included in the Diploma Supplement.
CERTIFICATION
  • If you are doing an internship, the company will issue you a Certificate of internship, which summarizes the tasks performed and the assessment received. The sending institution will also issue you a Transcript of records if this is part of your Learning Agreement. If the traineeship is not part of the curriculum, but you are enrolled in a higher education institution in a country participating in the Program, your mobility period will be noted in the Diploma Supplement and, if you wish, in the Europass Mobility document. If you have recently graduated from a higher education institution in a country participating in the program, we advise you to request the Europass Mobility document.
LANGUAGE ASSESSMENT
  • You must take an online language test, if any, in the main language in which the internship was conducted abroad to assess your progress, linguistically, during the mobility.
EU SURVEY
  • You must complete a questionnaire to provide feedback on your Erasmus + mobility period to the sending and receiving institution, the relevant National Agencies and the European Commission.
DISSEMINATION
  • We invite you to share your mobility experience with your friends, fellow students, staff at your institution, journalists, young people and others to enable other people to benefit from your experience.
