Choose one of our international partners as the beginning of your long life Erasmus+ journey. An exhaustive list is available here.

SWU possesses a huge international university network consisting of more than 170 European partners and more than 250 agreements. If in doubt, please let us know so we can help you select the most appropriate destination for your expectations and needs. The choice can never be wrong!

Selection

All eligible candidates

must overgo a selection procedure. The applicants are interviewed in English language about their motivation to study abroad, academic achievements, future professional and personal plans, previous international experience and others.

Selection results and Nominations

The official selection results are published online. All candidates who have successfully overgone the selection procedure will be nominated for an exchange at our international partner they had selected. Our partners will get in touch with the nominated students and will inform them about the application procedure and documents.

Application documents

Every nominated student must bring at our Erasmus+ Office the following documents:

Passport size photo
ID copy
Copy of the European Health Insurance Card
Bank certificate with IBAN and BIC code

Ready, Steady, Go

The Erasmus+ program is very lite in terms of documentation and bureaucracy!

When you have your learning agreement and grant agreement signed prior to mobility, you are ready to start your journey. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!

When To Apply?
