🎓🌍 Five students from South-West University successfully completed an Erasmus+ 5-day intensive programme “Intercultural Awareness and Communication in Workplace – 3rd Edition” ✨
📍The programme was hosted by Sivas Cumhuriyet University and coordinated by Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University within the Erasmus+ BIP framework 💡
🤝 Our students had the amazing opportunity to connect and collaborate with peers from 🌎 Colombia, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, France, Latvia, Poland, Romania, and Slovenia.

📚 The programme combined interactive workshops, real-life case studies, role-playing, group discussions, and expert lectures, giving participants practical skills they can immediately apply in multicultural environments 🌐
