We are excited to share the inspiring story of our PhD student @ava_amideina and her successful one-month traineeship at the Department of Chemistry 🧪, Faculty of Sciences and Mathematics, University of Niš🎓 within project 2024-1-BG01-KA131-HED-000205184.
“A huge thank you to @erasmus_swu for giving me this incredible opportunity to expand my knowledge and practical skills 🌍💡 while collaborating in an international environment with amazing colleagues in the field of Chemistry 🔬.
💼 Over the course of the month, I had the privilege to work on a study focused on the validation of a procedure for quantitative determination of trace element mass fractions in environmental matrices using ICP-OES. The most rewarding moment? 🎯 Receiving the expected results — proof of the success of our joint efforts!”
🙏 Special thanks to:
🔹 Prof. Dr Vesna Stankov Jovanovic and Prof. Dr Snežana Tosič for their invaluable guidance, advice, and the opportunity to work with the ICP-OES technique.
🔹 Assistant Stefan Petrović for his training and collaborative work with the Microwave Digestion System and ICP-OES.
💖 Finally, my deepest gratitude goes to a very special person, Milica @micka.m93 🧑🔬. Your support and kindness helped me adapt to the new environment, and I will always cherish the days we spent together in the lab.
Here’s to knowledge, collaboration, and growth! 🌟🔬
