As part of project 2024-1-BG01-KA131-HED-000205184 under our Erasmus+ programme, 5 students from the Faculty of Law and History ⚖️, Faculty of Philology 📖, Faculty of Arts 🎨, and Faculty of Economics 📊 at @swu_neofit_rilski took part in a 5-day training at @newton.university in the Czech Republic 🇨🇿🎓.
🥇 Big congratulations to @lazara.333 (Law student) and Zhivomir Iliev (English Philology student), who—together with their teammates from Slovakia 🇸🇰 and Slovenia 🇸🇮—won the 🏆 Best Project Award! 🎉 Their winning project, “Management of Multicultural Teams in a Virtual Environment,” impressed the jury and deservedly beat the other projects! 💡🌐
📚 The training featured courses on Cross-Cultural Management in a VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) environment, High vs. Low Context Cultures, and real-world case studies on cross-cultural management. 🌏✨
To wrap up this journey, our students enjoyed a guided tour of breathtaking Prague 🏰🌟😍
Blended-Intensive Programmes like this provide valuable international exposure, hands-on learning, and lifelong friendships 🤝💙. Stay tuned! 🚀📢
