SUMMARY:Announcement: eTwinning Initial Teacher Education (ITE) & Erasmus+ Staff Week at Mersin University
DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for academic staff to participate in the “eTwinning Initial Teacher Education (ITE) and Erasmus+ Staff Week” hosted by Mersin University\, taking place 13–15 April 2026 within the framework of the Erasmus+ KA131 Training 2026 Programme. \nThis international event is designed to: \n\nStrengthen cooperation in Initial Teacher Education\nPromote internationalisation through eTwinning and Erasmus+\nSupport sustainable academic partnerships through knowledge exchange and professional collaboration\n\nStudy Abroad Fair\nAs part of the programme\, Mersin University will organise a Study Abroad Fair on their main campus. Participating institutions are invited to showcase authentic or traditional materials—such as a national flag—to engage with students and academic staff and highlight international cooperation. \nWorkshops & Collaboration\nThe Staff Week will also feature a dedicated workshop where participants can share experiences\, exchange ideas\, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. DESCRIPTION:13–17 April 2026 | Šiauliai\, Lithuania Theme: WE ARE COMMUNICATION \nŠiaulių valstybinė kolegija / Higher Education Institution is pleased to invite colleagues from partner institutions to the 10th International Staff Week 2026\, taking place from 13–17 April 2026 in Šiauliai\, Lithuania. This year’s edition\, held under the theme “WE ARE COMMUNICATION\,” is dedicated to staff training and the advancement of international cooperation in higher education. \nThe International Staff Week aims to promote mobility\, foster an international learning environment\, and encourage the exchange of best practices across institutions.
